Beowulf Alley Theatre Company - Auditions and Crew Notice

 

We are seeking local Tucson actors, designers, technicians and crew.

 

Noche de los Muertos - Rehearsals begin Sept 20, Tech begins about Oct 15 and performances run Nov 1 - 16, 2008 

(Thurs-Sat eve, Sun mat)

 

Seeking the following PERFORMERS:

 

    Boneman - this is a vital, non-speaking performer with some graceful, dance-like movement

    Three non-speaking "shadow" characters - vital to the story

    Guitarist - accompanying the performance, creating the original, acoustic, Latin sound

 

Seeking the following PRODUCTION TEAM:

 

    Stage Manager who will run light or sound board

    Props Master

    Sound Designer (sound effects)

    Lighting Designer

    Sound or light board operator

Dinner with Friends - Rehearsals begin after Thanksgiving, Tech begins the last week in Dec and performances run Jan 10-25, 2009

(Thurs-Sat eve, Sun mat)

 

Seeking the following PERFORMERS:

 

    Male actor - late 30s to mid-40s.

        Prepare a 1-2 contemporary monologue. There may also be a cold read from the script

 

Seeking the following PRODUCTION TEAM

   

    Costume Designer

    Props Master

    Sound Designer

    Lighting Designer

    Sound or light board operator
